Maison Bruyere

Inspired by traditional recipes since its creation in 1964, Maison Bruyère has brought several regional specialties from France up to date: the Cordes crunchy cake, the Albi chalumeau, the spit cake... Passionate about their work, Roger, Christian and Léa Bruyère have created original flavors such as the Toulouse violet crisp or the herbs of Provence and Espelette pepper fondant... Recipes are only made with quality natural ingredients and without using GMOs, colorings or additives.
