We’re always here to help! Every inquiry is handled with care and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products (mainly gourmet and perishable items), all sales are final and we do not accept returns for food safety and quality control reasons.

However, your satisfaction matters. If there was an error with your order or you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 📧 help@mypanier.com. Depending on the issue, we may offer store credit, a replacement, or a refund.


Damaged Items

Our team carefully packs every order, but if your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and the packaging

  • Let us know whether you’d prefer a replacement or a refund

Please note: We are unable to offer refunds for damage caused by carrier delays or extreme temperatures. That said, if an issue arises due to such conditions, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to work with the carrier or our artisan partner to find a solution.


Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a package is returned due to an invalid address or refused delivery, a $19.95 USD fee or 15% of the order total (whichever is greater) may apply.


Refund Timing

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days of resolving the issue. Please note that banks and credit card processors may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
