📦 Shipping Policy

✅ Freshness Guarantee

We guarantee that your products will arrive fresh and within their use-by, sell-by, or best-by dates — delivered to your home or office with care.

🚚 Shipping Schedule for Perishables

  • Refrigerated & Frozen items ship Monday to Wednesday only to avoid weekend transit delays.

  • Orders placed after Wednesday’s cutoff will ship the following Monday.

  • An estimated delivery date is displayed at checkout.

🆓 Free Shipping (USA)

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $89 within the contiguous 48 U.S. states, if your order:

  • Contains only non-perishable items

  • Is shipped by myPanier USA (not vendor-direct or from myPanier Canada)

  • Has a pre-tax subtotal of at least $89

Note:

  • Orders with perishable items or vendor-shipped products do not qualify for free shipping.

  • Orders fulfilled from myPanier Canada (mypanier.ca) are not eligible under this policy.

❄️ Perishable Products

  • Refrigerated items are shipped with gel packs.

  • Frozen items are shipped with dry ice.

  • If your order includes both frozen and refrigerated items, everything will ship together with dry ice.

Important:
Frozen products may arrive partially thawed — this is normal. As long as they’re cold to the touch, they're safe to refrigerate and consume within 3–5 days.

Please be available to receive your delivery and transfer cold items to the fridge or freezer promptly.

📦 Combined Shipping

  • Perishable + Dry items ship in separate boxes.

  • Vendor-shipped products may be delivered directly from the artisan or brand — reducing extra transit and packaging waste.

🌍 International Orders

🇨🇦 Canada
We now ship directly from our new myPanier Canada store!

Note: Orders fulfilled from Canada do not qualify for U.S. free shipping.

🌐 Outside the U.S.
International shipping is currently paused (as of June 2024). We’re working with DHL and FedEx to resume soon with more cost-effective options.

⚠️ Exceptions & Surcharges

  • Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and distance.

  • PO Boxes: Perishable items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
