Clancy's Fancy

Colleen Clancy went to boarding school in Ireland, where she met classmates with various backgrounds from Asia, Africa and Central America. Each of them had different spices from their respective homeland that inspired Colleen to begin experimenting with different flavors.

In the mid-to-late 70’s, Colleen lived in Ann Arbor, Michigan, a hub for natural foods, independent stores and gourmet food. Clancy's Fancy Hot Sauce was originally created for a vegetarian potluck and became an immediate hit!
