Gourmet Chocolate, Biscuits and Gifts from Maxim's de Paris, a renowned restaurant in Paris, France and throughout the world since 1893.

The story began in May 1893 when Maxime Gallard, formerly a waiter, founded Maxim’s de Paris as a small bistro located at 3 rue Royale in Paris, France. Shortly after, a young woman named Irma de Montingy stumbled upon his bistro and was so enamored by it, she brought in many elite clientele. Maxim’s was handed over to Pierre Cardin in the 1980s, who promised to keep the same Art Nouveau (New Art) interior decor that made the world fall in love with this restaurant.
